Images of soldiers, Union and Confederate, who fought at First Manassas (Bull Run) in the opening battle of the American Civil War. This book includes 200 faces of the 30,000 soldiers who clashed in northern Virginia on 21 July 1861. Almost 4000 of the soldiers were casualties (900 killed), and over 1000 more were captured.
