We hold the digital publishing rights from the copyright owner in the magazines named above (Magazines).

It has come to our attention that you are distributing digital copies of the Magazines without the permission of ourselves or the copyright owner.You are not part of the authorised supply chain for these Magazines. This reproduction occurred without our consent nor the consent of the copyright owner.

We require an immediate explanation of how you came by the Magazines.

We also require you to provide us with the following undertakings:

1. Not to distribute or otherwise deal in any publication (digital or otherwise) which reproduces all or part of the Magazinesor any other products published by Auriga Publishing, nor to cause or permit any other person to do any such act.

2. Not to infringe the copyright in the Magazine or any other titles digitally published by Magazinecloner.com Limited.

3. To immediately destroy any infringing copies of the Magazines


4. That, within 7 days of providing the undertaking, you will provide us with complete details of the infringing distributions of the Magazines made by you, including:

a. the quantities of the infringing distributions of the Magazines;

b. the prices at which the infringing magazines have been sold (including the profit made on eachsale);

c. the identity and contact details for each person to who infringing magazines have been distributed.

5. To pay such damages or account for such profits relating your infringement as may be agreed or, in default of such agreement, determined by the court.

6. To pay all our legal costs, on an indemnity basis, arising out of the infringing distribution of the Magazines by you.

If we do not receive the above undertakings from you by 4pm on 6th November 2014 proceedings may be issued and served without further warning. If proceedings are necessary, the remedies we might seek include, but are not limited to, an injunction, delivery up or destruction of the infringing copies, damages or an account of profits, legal costs and interest.

We strongly recommend that you seek independent legal advice.
